Services
Core Operative AI provides AI-powered marketing, website development and automation services. The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement, which prevails over these Terms where there is any inconsistency.
Payments
Fees are payable as set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST where applicable. Subscriptions continue until cancelled in accordance with your agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Core Operative AI and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced for clients transfers as set out in the relevant service agreement, typically upon full payment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer & liability
Our services are provided with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
